  For you there’s nothing worse than being late or missing work

You naturally enjoy and like people and strive to get along with others

You have a conscience and feel compelled to tell the truth

You take pride in your efforts and feel that hard work pays off

You go crazy if you start something and can’t finish it

You expect and love being recognized for going above and beyond

You can laugh at yourself when you screw up and make a mistake

You aren’t offended by the other column 

You’re not a fit to work with us CSCC if:

You can’t laugh at yourself and easily get your feelings hurt

Can’t walk around with a smile on your face

You’re on drugs, a criminal or just a plain old pain to deal with

You change jobs more than you change underwear

You don’t take showing up on time every time seriously

You think work is supposed to be hard and boring

You don’t play well with others and feel sorry for yourself
